Delete Your Account
This permanently deletes your account and stored records. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Delete in the app (recommended)
If you still have the app installed, this is the fastest route. It takes effect as soon as you confirm.
- iOS — Me tab → Delete Account
- Android — Profile → Delete Account
Request without the app
If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, email us at the address below. Send it from the email address you signed up with so we can verify it is you.

What gets deleted
| Deleted immediately | Account details, card activity, condition logs, session records, block list |

| Kept after anonymisation | Reports you filed — we remove the information identifying you as the reporter but keep the report itself. Otherwise a reported account could erase its own history. |
| On your device only | Removed when you delete the app. Raw measurements are never sent to our servers in the first place. |
If you have a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Billing is handled by the App Store and Google Play, so cancel separately in each store's subscription settings.
